Open Source · Agent Skills
Deploy Skills encodes how I want coding agents to handle deployment work: inspect first, show a plan before touching files, keep risky operations approval-gated, and only report what was actually verified.

Deploy Skills is an open-source set of Agent Skills that helps Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other compatible agents inspect an application before creating secure, validated deployment configuration. It covers local Docker development and single-server production for FastAPI, Node.js APIs, and Spring Boot with PostgreSQL, optional Redis caching, and Next.js standalone output.

What I did
- 01
Designed nine composable skills, from deploy-app routing and analyze-deployment planning through dockerize-app, local and server Compose, Nginx reverse proxy, CI/CD, hardening, and validation.
- 02
Built an Inspect → Plan → Generate → Harden → Validate → Document workflow where the agent shows a deployment plan before changing files and needs explicit approval for server, TLS, migration, and deletion operations.
- 03
Generated multi-stage, non-root Docker images, shared and production Compose overrides, hot-reload local environments, private persistent stateful services, and Nginx configuration with TLS guidance.
- 04
Added a CI/CD skill that produces pinned GitHub Actions for GHCR publishing with approval-gated deploy and rollback, plus deterministic workflow validation.
- 05
Wrote deterministic security checks, Python unit tests, executable evals, and live fixtures for FastAPI, Redis, Node.js, Spring Boot, and Next.js that build and health-check real containers.
- 06
Added pinned Hadolint, ShellCheck, Gitleaks, and Trivy CI jobs so the skills themselves stay safe to install.
